If you wish to access the data we have on you please put your request in writing, giving details of all email address you may have used now and in the past, so we can ensure we provide you with all the data we hold and erase, if requested all the data.

Standard Terms and Conditions for the Rosie Consulting
1st January 2019
PAYMENT:
Standard trading terms are 15 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits and stage payments are normal practice and will be automatic for contracts worth in excess of £1000.
Late payments will incur an 8% surcharge on the balance over-
If debt recovery is required, then those costs will also become the liability of the non-
Acceptable payments are cheque, BACS or CHAPS. BACS is the preferred method. Any bank transaction costs or currency conversion costs incurred in making payment are fully the responsibility of the client.
Mileage is charged at 45p per mile. Initial scope visit FOC, all further journeys will be charged unless otherwise agreed in the initial contract.
DISPUTES OR TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:
Notice of any disputes must be received in writing by the Rosie Consulting within 10 days of the dispute arising.
Termination of a contract after the commencement of a contract, this must be received in writing for work to cease. It may take up to 7 working days for work to cease. The costs to the date work actually ceases will be invoiced, for payment within 15 days. Termination date, this being the date of the written notice was received by the Rosie Consulting plus up to 7 days further from that date if work cannot stop immediately. The Rosie Consulting will endeavour to stop work as quickly as possible but allow up to 7 working days for this to happen. On receipt of full payment any completed elements of work will be passed to the client, partial or incomplete element will not be passed over to maintain the business integrity of the Rosie Consulting
Termination pre work commencing, this must be made in writing 7 working days before work commences or for contracts with a value of over £2000, 14 working days before work commences. If expenses have been incurred the Rosie Consulting reserves the right to charge for these. Invoicing for full payment within 15 days. Expenses such as these would normally be sanctioned by the client, but the Rosie Consulting reserve the right to charge for exceptional items.
COPYRIGHT:
All copyright remains the in the sole ownership of the Rosie Consulting until all payments are received in full, unless otherwise formally agreed, and those funds have gone successfully through bank clearance.
The Rosie Consulting retains the right to use examples of the work carried out for clients, without reference to the Clients name or business name, unless agreed by both parties. These examples are for promotional and marketing purposes only. That can be in the form of physical materials or online, for use by Rosie Consulting. Work that is not yet in the public domain will not be used until such time as it is in the public domain.
Any images, photo, logo or other material supplied by the client or any third party must be legally compliant, meet current legislation and the client or third party must have the correct forms/levels and permission for right of use for the said items. The Rosie Consulting will not take any responsibility for any element that is not compliant or legally allowed to be used. Any legal action that might ensure, such as copyright infringement proceedings by image libraries, will be wholly the responsibility of the client. Rosie Consulting must assume that all items provided are compliant, it is not the studio or Rosie Consulting responsibility to check such rights.
PROPERTY:
Any property or goods supplied by The Rosie Consulting remains in the sole ownership of the Rosie Consulting until all payments are received in full, unless otherwise formally agreed, and those funds have gone through bank clearance.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES:
Engaging third party suppliers on behalf of a client, such as print houses or web designers. The Rosie Consulting will liaise with, but not contract, third party supplier on behalf of clients, if formally agreed by all three parties. When the project reaches the point there the third party needs to be engaged or contracted then the client, not the Rosie Consulting, must formally instruct the third-
